TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
When you make an appointment I require a 50% booking fee to be paid in advance. The booking fee is required on all lash services to secure both the appointment and the therapist for their time. The booking fee will be charged when you are booking your appointment online.
Patch test and consultation need to be booked a minimum 24hrs prior full set aplication.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment you must give 48 hours notice. You will then be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
If you cancel anytime after the 48 hours out off the booking fee is paid to the therapist and is therefore non refundable and also can not be used towards a new appointment.
If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee and you may not make any future appointments without payment in FULL at the time of booking.
Please be informed the children’s are not allowed in my workplace area because of the health & safety reasons.
